Transportation method

• Our transportation methods include air freight line, sea freight line, express delivery (ups, fedex), land transportation, etc. Among them, the dedicated logistics channel can handle customs clearance issues and pay taxes for customers free of charge. Only express delivery requires the customer to have customs clearance capabilities.
• If you choose the dedicated line and the goods are detained or lost at customs, we can reissue new goods for you. If you choose express delivery, this service is not available, and customers need to bear the risk at their own risk..
• We will inspect the customer's goods before shipping and package them with bubble wrap. If damage occurs during transportation, we will provide assistance to customers based on the amount of damaged goods. However, the responsibility for damage to the goods is actually borne by the courier.
  
  After you place the order and pay, we will start to pack your goods. Before the goods are shipped, the customer has the right to change or cancel the order. Once the goods are shipped, they are not allowed to be returned as this has a lot to do with customs.
